Floris grew up in Belgium and first got introduced to computers when
getting to grip with Debian. After having learned programming in C he
turned his attention to mastering Python and has not looked back.
Having attended Southampton University he now lives in the United
Kingdom, working on monitoring tools as a Python developer for the
past 5 years. Apart from maintaining plotutils, omniorb and
python-omniorb in Debian he developed the Delny Python package and
contributes to PSI (Python System Information) and the py.test testing
framework.
